perfect ab workout! takes 5 minutes

Get started to keep from gaining weight during the holidays (or at least a bit less) and ride this out for bathing suit weather. 5 exercises to do for 1 minute each. Try to beat how many you do from ‘today’  and try to do at least one more each day. See the Work it all out page for more exercise & work out ideas! Remember you need to change things up every so often (once a month), as the body gets used to the work out and then it no longer works like it did.  Good luck
