First Way:Remember all you have to be grateful for—life, love, a beautiful world. List in your head at least three specific things you that you are grateful for—a family, friends, a pet, a pleasant home, children, good health are a few of the specific things often included on a gratitude list.
When you have made your list, take a deep calming breath in; then as you breathe out say “Thank You” for the first item on your list. naming what you are thankful for.
