Fitness Friday

So I was thinking I’ve done a fashion Friday (even tho I’m not getting it published til 12 something am on Saturday)  or 2, but I don’t remember doing a fitness related  post. So to start it off, I’d keep it simple. A few free printables that you can use There’s 2 in here for tracking what you eat, a Goals track & monthly workout plan. Also a sheet for a training program You may find a few of these later in the Fitness page and I think I have some on my Weight loss page (when I’m able to publish it)

 Your calorie target should be less unless you are trying to build muscle
