1- wash & exfoliate face with a loofa. Counter clockwise circles wash your face until it has a reddish look (like a light pink blush) this is how you know the dead skin is gone. (You should exfoliate every 2-3 days to remove dry & dead skin cells for fresh looking skin)Nature’s Cure Anti-Acne Papaya Skin Care System — 1 Kit
2- rinse off with cold water… this closes the pores
3. Spread a thin layer of the mask on your face. It likely will feel tingly as it dries. This shrinks your pores, dries up acne and helps with black heads as well! It’s up to you if you want to leave it on for the time in the directions or if you want to leave it on over night (which I do sometimes, but if you have sensitive skin… I’m not sure if that’s a possibility. it’s your call.) When time is up Rinse off with warm water to get it off.
4-while nose is still wet, place the Biore strip, this removes any blackheads from your nose esp. around the nostrils. I don’t normally specify a brand but, other brands I’ve tried (like ponds) did not work I am specifying.) Be sure it fits & tuck it in around your nostrils. Leave on for allotted time (or a tinge longer) and RIP!
5- I know everyone has their own thing. I personally never really needed a medication in my life as I only got a pimple/zit maybe once a month, or when I was stressed. Then 2011 happened and I went through a really bad time. Anxiety, depression and I guess I for some reason was really stressed out. I needed something better than over the counter. This Nature’s Cure Two-part Acne Treatment, Female 1-oz is what I used before and worked. It’s an easy 2 step system, of Homeopathic chewable pills and a topical solution to spread on your face. There’s also a version for the guys Nature’s Cure Two-part Acne Treatment, Male
What I use is Eurethromyacin,(which needs to be stored in the refrigerator) I spread a thin layer on my face to keep the zits at bay. Though it is drying so if you already have dry skin, it might not be a good idea, either that or you may need a better moisturizer to put on after use. It’s to be used 2x a day (or so my prescription instructions.) I usually only use once a day in the winter being it’s already a dry season and this year especially we’ve been coughing like crazy because it’s so dry in the house from the cold outside & the heat in. As for the summer I use it 2x (but sometimes 3) I can’t stand that oily, sweaty feel.
If you have sensitive skin I’d say start with once a month and work your way to once a week. Try that way to see what your skin can take.
These 5 steps is a definite to do, if not every week than every other week to once a month depending on your certain criteria…
work place.. the dirtier the more often you will need to do the routine (cashier’s, industrial, etc More often)
Living area (city, Burb’s country) City =More often due to the pollution, close contact with people
You.. daily life, do you touch your face? (bored & leaning against your hand on a school or office desk?) , Going to the bathroom esp. in public places, touching door knobs etc.
