Now we all have our own beauty routines but sometimes we just need to break thins up and try something new, or use it every so often. Sometimes your body can get used to something and it doesn’t work anymore.

I wash my hair (depending on time of year) anywhere between every 2 days, during the winter or if I don’t plan to go out I only wash it once a week!  (basically when it looks a bit greasy that’s when to wash it, otherwise you dry out your hair, the shampoo strips the natural oils from your scalp that help in healthy hair, not to mention get split ends faster.

I also take Biotin it helps with healthy skin, growing hair and nails.

I use this  Olive Oil ‘lotion’ for hair to keep my long mane tame especially for the ends so they don’t split. it keeps frizz away for me as well in the winter static.

One or twice a week I condition it, but during the summer I do so a little more.

Once a month use a hot oil treatment (or a conditioner you leave in for awhile) During the winter this should be done once a week.

Also in the summer I suggest using some sunscreen specially made for your scalp

also even if you are trying to grow your hair out… see a stylist every 3-6 months to trim those dead ends off.

Plus your hair always looks super shiny and healthy when you leave
