1- wash & exfoliate face with a loofa. Counter clockwise circles wash your face until it has a reddish look (like a light pink blush) this is how you know the dead skin is gone. 2- rinse off with cold water… this closes the pores

3. Spread a thin layer of the mask on your face. It likely will feel tingly as it dries. This shrinks your pores,  dries up acne and helps with black heads as well! It’s up to you if you want to leave it on for the time in the directions or if you want to leave it on over night (which I do sometimes, but if you have sensitive skin… I’m not sure if that’s a possibility. it’s your call.)  When time is up Rinse off with warm water to get it off.

4-while nose is still wet, place the Biore strip, this removes any blackheads from your nose esp. around the nostrils. 5- I know everyone has their own thing. I personally never really needed a medication in my life as I only got a pimple/zit maybe once a month, or when I was stressed. Then 2011 happened and I went through a really bad time. Anxiety, depression and I guess I for some reason was really stressed out. I needed something better than over the counter.
