So being it is now OFFICIALLY spring with the winds & the rain… I thought we should start getting prepped for those days in the sun. Radiant skin now = glowing summer skin.
Exfoliate once to 2x a week with a loofa, other than that you can use a facial scrub (Clean and Clear make a great morning one that helps wake you up)
Coconut oil is good but so is Vitamin E for healing (it lessens scaring) and Green tea (in the topic solution) has antibacteria properties. if you do suck on ice cubes.. just don’t pucker beacuse as with sucking your drinks through a straw, this will give you lip lines.

Also for the summer if i want to use a bit of powder, I use Physicians Formula Aqua Powder It’s cooling loose powder
Drink Lemon-ade… Your own.. buy a lemon cut it up & put it in a pitcher of water, it will help with acne, and many other facets (the was a previous post on that….
